I would like to thank Michale Egiziano for his continued effors in managing my property at Rouse Hill. I first met Michale 12 months ago when I was trying to lease my house privately. Not only did he find us a suitable tenant, Michale has managed the property professionally and diligently.

Michale has now just found us a second tenant without there being a vacancy, he even negotiated the tenants to pay me six months rent in advance which has helped substantially towards my mortgage.

Michale has been great to deal with in every aspect of our dealing together, he has always made me feel comfortable and confident and I can't recommend Sellect First National highly enough to any properpective landlords.
